Lost Vehicle Empty Lost Vehicle

Hey guys, new to server here. One of the guys in my group lost a purchased strider after reset last night. I'm not sure if anything can be done about it, but if you can look into it I'd appreciate it, thanks!

Welcome to Battleborne! Who is the player who lost the strider? And did it just disappear or blow up on restart?
