So I have version 0.9.34 of exile & am unable to sign onto server.. Get kicked

When I get kicked it says I need to remove a bunch of files to play on server. That mean server hasn't updated version?

No, I haven't updated the server yet. There are some pretty bad bugs according to the forum. I'm holding off for now. You will need to roll back to the previous version.

No easy way to roll back that I can see without deleting MOD altogether & re-downloading via A3 launcher. Any idea if that is going to delete my character? Don't feel like starting over if at all possible.

if you've already downloaded the new update and still want to play tonight the link that papa gave us still works with the "tomato" version!

You can't redownload through A3L. You'll have to do it manually the way we did it before. And no, it will not delete your character. He's safe in the database.

So any idea on when / if server will go to current version Papa? If it's only going to be a few days I won't bother downloading older version. But if you're guessing it'll be more like weeks I'll go ahead and do it.

Also do you mean we can't download exile or zombie MOD via A3 Launcher? I believe I used Launcher to download Exile the first time.

I will get it updated as soon as I know it's going to be safe. There have been some major problems reported with 9.3. I'm checking to make sure they were fixed with 9.34. Should be within a day or two.

And about a3L, I was specifically saying that the OLD version (i.e, the version that the server is running now) cannot be downloaded through A3L. (because it isn't there anymore.) Once the server is updated, yes you can update through A3L at will.

Downgrade manually not with the a3 launcher.

Are owned vehicles (& their inventories) & plot poles / flags also 'safe' when server upgrades to 9.34?

Yes they are. As long as you guys don't go cheating and duping items I hopefully won't ever have to do a database wipe, lol.
